Leadership clinics

Short of time and looking for momentum? My popular Leadership Clinics can be delivered in a virtual environment or in-person with your people. These highly interactive sessions provide an injection of learning focused on specific topics.

Participants explore a theme, run practical exercises that deepen their understanding and are repeatable with their teams, then design and commit to an experiment they’ll run back in the workplace.

Sessions can be booked as a one-off or as a suite of offerings for your organisation. Typically these run for up to 20 people and can be provided in person or remotely.
